My view on cancer prevention (must read)

How to prevent cancer ?


  • What are the few reasons that are commonly found in people diagnosed with cancer?
  1. Obesity: This itself is quite a huge problem for a person because it leads to a lot of health issues leading to low immunity and hence making cells to mutate easily! Note: Not all obese people have this tendency to develop any heath problem, its again related to their lifestyle.
  2.  Constipation and Acidity:  The former is a problem in which we are storing toxic elements formed in our body (bowels) to stay within us and its doesn't need further explanation that toxic elements are not meant to be kept inside our body. Don't depend on medicines (allopathy) to get rid off constipation because they are just there to suppress it when the need arises and not eliminate them permanently. Coming to acidity, it causes pain in various parts of the stomach and reduces our immunity , which if continues for longer period of time can lead to serious heath issues which includes damage in your guts and  cancer. Overall, these two major problems are seen very commonly in day to day life over the world , are treated with negligence, lead to headache and difficulty to think.
  3. Extreme emotional stress: If you are chronically emotionally stressed out, suffering from depression , OCD, anxiety and other mental related diseases then you can also create an environment for cancer cells to develop over a period of time.
  4. Sleep: If you are sleeping for lesser number of hours (<5 probably) then you are clearly going against nature and what your body needs . If this habit is continued for longer period of time then I'm afraid that you are going to meet an unpleasant surprise in future. This doesn't mean that you must sleep for long time. There is a limit for everything . On an average 6-9 hrs of sleep is recommended. Excess sleep can damage muscular tissues!
  5. Contaminated food and surroundings: Here I am mentioning all the things that are contaminated which you eat (junk, trans-fat,etc.) in daily life and the surroundings that are not quite the place where you should live in.
So these were the common problems that cause cancer if they are neglected for longer time. This is like an open secret , just that you need to be alerted regularly to stay away from these .
Now, these are some ways to tackle the above problems.

  • Ways to prevent cancer:
  1. Drink enough water to stay fit and away from major problems like constipation , acidity , headache and many more. Never compromise on water intake.
  2. Cut down your exposure from people who are making your life miserable on day to day basis or often. Don't take contaminated food and its totally up to you to clearly distinguish between clean and unclean food and will power to avoid the latter.
  3. Don't think always negatively because what you think of yourself , you are that no matter what others think about you. Don't create a mental environment and head space in yourself which can effectively hamper your immunity and lead to so many unfortunate things. Thought process is not merely a thought , its linked to so many things!
  4. Exercise as much as you can and more importantly meditate . By meditation I mean is to study your body carefully and find the answers to all your physical and mental problems yourself to the basic level and have oneness with your breathe while meditating. Maintain a hobby.
  5. Take care of your body physically because it is the only thing that will support at each instant in your life when no one is there to give a second thought on whether you exist or not!
Even this quite proved to be like an open secret more or less just that people neglect and take their health for granted because they think about money and negativity all the time. To stay happy and healthy you need motivation (from within) first and then everything will automatically come into place!

So my wish is that you all live a healthy disease-free life and enjoy it to the fullest! Don't let materialistic things play an important role in your life like phone, TV, money ,etc.
Don't think that you have a negative gene in your body ( diabetic, BP, cancer,etc.) because the more you think about it and panic , you are giving it more space in your body to do its work ! Your beliefs control your gene and will let your gene mutate cells and cause a disease. Be responsible human being and moreover stay cheerful!
